The watches do look really nice, I’ll give them that, but the Price just felt too high for what you actually get. I was expecting a bit more value for the money. Nothing was really wrong with it or anything, I just don’t think I’d pay that much Again

It’s not bad, but the design feels sorta bulky to me and just isn’t really my style

I ordered this from doxawatches.com, and the size was pretty much what I was expecting, which is always a relief with watches. It did feel a little stiff on the first day, but after I adjusted the strap, it started sitting comfortably on my wrist. It’s not too heavy either, thankfully. I knocked off one star because the sizing info could be a bit clearer, would’ve saved me some second-guessing.

I reached out with a basic question and then just waited for days with no reply. It was really frustrating because it wasn’t anything complicated, but it felt like my message was being ignored. By the time customer service finally got back to me, I was already annoyed with the whole experience.

I wanted to like this because it reminded me of a bracelet my friend used to wear, and it does look nice at first glance. But once I actually put it on, the bracelet felt cheap and uncomfortable. I probably won’t wear it much

I tried to get this repaired under warranty, but they refused to cover it. it was really disappointing and felt like such a waste of time and energy going back and forth for nothing

The dial is really clear most of the time, and the big markers make a bigger difference than I expected — especially when the lighting isn’t great, which is when I usually end up checking the time. The only small thing is the date window could be a little easier to read, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m still glad I picked it up.

The tracking was really frustrating. After the label was created, it barely updated, barely moved, and I was just left wondering where my order even was.
I reached out to support, but the replies were slow, slow enough that I had to keep checking back and asking again. Even when they did respond, they didn’t say much or give me a clear update.
It just felt like poor communication overall. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but having no real tracking and vague replies made the whole thing annoying.

The order showed up fine, but then I ended up having to pay extra customs fees after delivery. It wasn’t a huge amount, maybe around a few bucks to like $20 or so, but it was still unexpected and kind of annoying.

The bezel action is okay, but the alignment is a bit off. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them and expecting better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely could be better.

No annoying follow-ups, no random fees popping up at the end, and the replacement showed up sooner than I had mentally planned for. I also appreciated that the strap fit was sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. Refreshing for a watch company to make an exchange feel this smooth.

Placing the order and checking out was simple, no issues there. The frustrating part was waiting around for the shipping email to finally show up. It took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my inbox wondering what was going on...

The watch arrived packed well, and I’ll give credit where it’s due—the box looked nice and everything inside was neat and organized. Papers were in place, and opening it felt clean and put together. It’s not some super high-end presentation, but it definitely felt solid. I took off one star because the outer packaging had a small dent, if you’re shipping something like a watch, it’s only right to make sure the outside holds up too

The clasp feels loose and has popped open on me a few times, which is frustrating. Adjusting the size is also more annoying than it should be. it feels like an avoidable issue that could’ve been designed better.

The watch does feel solid and the finishing is really clean. That part I’m happy with. But based on the photos and description, I was expecting the bracelet to feel smoother and a little more refined. It’s not bad overall, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

Support kept responding, but nothing actually got resolved. I thought it would be a quick fix, but it turned into this annoying back-and-forth that added way more stress to my day than I expected. Really frustrating...

I really appreciate that Doxa offers colors you don’t see on every other watch. The orange and turquoise ones especially caught my eye and feel so fun without being over the top. It’s nice to have something that feels a little different and more personal.

It looks okay at first, then after a short while it’s so dim that I can barely read the dial in the dark, and it definitely doesn’t make it through the night. I’m not expecting miracles, but for a watch in this range, it feels fair to expect basic nighttime readability. Really disappointing, and I wish I’d looked into more reviews before buying.
